We mail our envelopes from the United States using USPS First Class Mail. There is no tracking available for this kind of mailing, unfortunately. Letters do get lost in the mail from time to time for a variety of reasons! Not to worry, though. I will personally replace up to three months of letters if they aren't arriving properly.

Here are the top reasons why letters don't arrive as expected:

• A typo in the mailing address entered at checkout
• Incomplete address (i.e. no apartment number listed)
• An unaware spouse throwing the letter away as junkmail (you wouldn't believe how often this happens!)

Mailing times differ througout the year depending on weather and travel routes. On average, it take about a week after mailing for envelopes to arrive within the US, and 2-4 weeks internationally.

We begin monthly mailings after the 20th of each month.

Acceptance letters are mailed within 3-4 business days after subscribing.

Please contact me for replacements if you believe your letter is lost.
